TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
We suggest you read this document throughout and print it off before placing your order.
We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time and suggest you check them before every new purchase.

PAYMENTS
We accept payment by, Delta/Connect, Switch, Visa, or Mastercard. We will take all reasonable care and precautions to maintain security of your order details and payments, but we will not be liable for any losses if any unauthorised third party obtains access to your information, unless due to our negligence

ORDERS
Orders are deemed accepted when you receive confirmation, which will be by email (for on-line orders) or by telephone (for telephone orders). Once we accept your order, a binding agreement exists between us. We will charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, prior to confirming acceptance, to refuse all or part of any orders or to seek additional information from the customer

DELIVERY
Delivery charges are a nominal £20.00 for any one item and a maximum of £30.00 for more than one item. These charges are for a one-man ground floor delivery to the UK mainland only. Certain products, such as American Appliances or large Range Cookers, are delivered and installed by the manufacturer and additional charges may apply. Overseas deliveries will be subject to additional charges.
All orders are despatched as soon as possible and you will be contacted to arrange delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver within any times stated. However goods are always subject to availability and sometimes delays occur, which are outside our control. All delivery dates approximate and we will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delivery delays.

AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability, which cannot be guaranteed. If items are unavailable, we may contact you with suggestions of alternatives of equivalent quality and price

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS INFORMATION
You have the right to cancel your order and return the goods delivered up to 7 days after delivery. The goods must be unused and must have been kept in the condition in which they were delivered. They must be returned in their original packaging and complete with all accessories and documentation. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after delivery you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. Once the goods have been returned, inspected and confirmed to be in good condition your payment will be credited less an administration charge of 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned.
Any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fees if applicable, will be reimbursed.
Law in addition to any warranties or conditions implies this and your statutory rights are not affected.
ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED FOR FAULTS AND DAMAGE AT TIME OF DELIVERY AND ANY APPARENT FAULTS OR DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY OR NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Faulty items, or those with manufacturing defects, will be collected, repaired or replaced at our cost, BUT MUST BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY OR NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT.

LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS
We shall have no liability if we are unable to carry out our commitments to you if this is due to causes beyond our reasonable control as detailed in, but not limited to, the following list.
• Acts of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident
• War or civil disturbance
• Strikes, industrial action or stoppages of work
• Any form of government intervention
• Changes in legislation.
• A third party act or omission
• Failure by you to provide us with correct information of any kind.
In these circumstances we will advise you as soon as is reasonably practicable and should the circumstances continue for more than 30 days, both parties will be free to cancel the contract. Any payments we have received from you will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.


AFTER SALES SERVICE AND REPAIRS

All of our products are covered by the mandatory 12 months parts and labour warranty provided by the manufacturer. Sometimes this may specifically extended by manufacturers special offers.
Some manufacturers offer enhanced warranty periods on either parts or labour or both. This will normally be detailed within the user manual provided with the product.
Should you experience problems at any time during the life of your appliance, simply refer to the user’s handbook supplied with the product and contact the relevant service agent suggested. They will then organise for an engineer to visit to repair or replace your product.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES
We do not offer extended warranties because in most cases it is cheaper, and easier, for you to apply directly to the manufacturer following purchase of your goods.
All the information you require for this is usually contained in the user guide supplied with your appliance.
Extended warranties have gained a poor reputation in recent years and some of our competitors offer these at hugely inflated prices.
We would not wish to reduce the value of the goods we offer by selling overpriced warranties.
